Easy to access. The traffic is light, so you can get on your way faster. Manager was detailed in explaining the rules and time frames that were open. Very friendly.

I made a reservation through SpareFoot who assured me there was NO obligation on how long to stay and that my car would fit inside of an xx-xx unit. When I got to the facility, it turns out they wanted me to pay for 3 months in advance to get the promotional discount. When I told the person I only planned to stay for one month, they said that's fine, they'd just pro-rate after I left and send me a refund. It turns out that my car didn't fit inside the unit and I had to switch to an outside parking space. All fine until I try to get that pro-rated refund. The owners initially sent me a rude email back saying I hadn't stayed for the promotional period so I didn't qualify. I explained that a) I didn't end up use the promotional unit and b) your staff said they would pro-rate so it doesn't matter anyway. They also said that I should have known that SpareFoot "just takes reservations" and isn't qualified to talk about how big the units are or terms of lease (!?!) If that's the case, SF should have told me that instead of having a 30 minute conversation with me. They also said that because SF charges them for 6 months "it wouldn't be good business" to refund my money... as if that has anything to do with me. Basically, the staff seem super friendly and helpful, but the owners of the place won't back their staff up. (Or they're doing it on purpose). Be aware of what you're getting into with this place!

At sign-up, the front desk staff told me I'd be given a pro-rated month whenever I left the facility if I paid 2 months in advance in order to receive a promotional discount. When I left and tried to get the pro-rated refund the owners told me I wasn't eligible because I had come in on a promotional discount. I explained that a) I hadn't ended up using the promotion because I had to use an outside parking space instead of a unit AND b) the staff had told me I would upon sign-up regardless, the owners just kept refusing my refund. Feels like bait and switch. Also, apparently this is par for the course for this company as there are similar reviews on Yelp. So, this is not a mom-and-pop storage facility where you can just take them at their word; they're going to try to keep every penny from you.
